The South Korean giant, the world’s largest maker of smartphones, television sets and memory chips, recently published a short one-minute video on YouTube to promote the extensive quality assurance testing practices it currently employs. Working hard to restore consumer trust the video states, “Our phones are extensively tested, retested, and then tested again,”.
